You probably heard this probably a thousand times already. This game is horrible, people just spam tackles just because they have a high rated player. The tackles are so unrealistic, it’s unbelievable. This game is so frustrating to play. Don’t get me started with the GK movement. Why is that even a thing ? The GK are making unrealistic save just because they move in the right direction. I have a player with 99 shot power, how in the hell is the keeper saving that? This game makes no sense. It’s so frustrating to play. I could go on about everything that’s horrible about this game but I ain’t got that time. * you EAi been playing fifa for 11 years now. This * is straight garbage. @LukeNuke3000D Unplayable here aswell. Not even the camera settings work as they should. I'll play a game in DIV rivals with great connection to enter a WL filled with stuttering and camera settings not working timedfinish not showing. players slowing down as soon as my opponent has the ball. its just such a mess right now.Love this game but started playing COD to have some fun while gaming.losing is fine also im not knocking playing better teams but when my gameplay is slow and my players cant do what i have practised thats just a dealbreaker for me.Did Ginola and Socrates SBC and i had to bench them because they are sooo clunky and sluggish its horrible.

Servers are in terrible shape - EA, you shouldn't let FUT Champs playin such technical condition.Even the Main Menu itself is difficult to use.It's like a manager allowed to drive a new highway full of potholes.Terrible gameplay, stuttering and wasted waiting for Fut Champs.Striker 88 crosses Vidic 94 without dribble, tricks by lags. Much worse than last weekend.

Having a significant delay between controller input and player reacting means..... you know, makes thing very hard, good luck with right stick player switching (feels like having a stroke: I moved up and it selected player that was right what is happening to me), and when on top of that game decides to deplete stamina of your players..... and if that is not enough adding a cloak of invincibility to wingers letting them to perform Forest Gump runs, well....The worst thing is when you know what rat will do, and the game does everything to prevent you from stopping a rat.It really boils down to what I wrote before (and there is a science behind it): if those players don't get a win every 3 or 4 games, they will stop playing the game, and EA is doing everything in their power to keep them playing.I am fine with losing from a better player, and I am fine losing from a worse player as well, what I am not fine with is playing a rigged game. Example: rat is performing "Forrest Gump" run, I have a defender with 99 sprint speed, slide tackle+ playstyle and 94 defending slide tackle, who when pushed X for slide tackle decides to slide 90 degrees from the Forrest Gump and let him through..... or when I am attacking to have Chick-Norris-Likes successfully performing Mae Geri slide tackles on my CMs from the edges of Milky Way....All I am trying to say that this game Is broken.

@432182 This game's gonna stay garbage and FC25 will only be worse for sure. Don't make the same mistake and buy it again, I'm not going to either

So fax I was up in rivals division 1, 3-0 and ea servers kick in and I end up lagging because the game any other game I don’t lag I have good WiFi and the game sucks and I just lag horribly and lose

@RadioShaqs Thanks! I will try. I think that PS5 recording doesn't record controllers. If it does, I will record some examples this weekend.
Also, weird things happen in offline play as well. Especially when you play on Legendary or Ultimate levels.
Anyways, next time I play, I will look for examples and record them.

@Boy_Systematics I thought it did when I recorded a video. Just turn on the online input overlay. To be fair I don’t know that much about how to upload to this site as I am newer here. Used to use the old fifa forum. So maybe someone else can explain it better. But yeah ea has said they will look into server issues or gameplay if more people report it. I try to get everyone I can to report it only a few every do. I know ea went over banes connection twice so sometimes they address it like noways and banes other times they can’t reply to everyone.

IMHO this is built into the game. In Squad Battles, EA is pretty open about tilting the play against the player on higher levels (it is written on the screen).
A quote from TV Show Billions seems appropriate here:
“We both know the playing field is tilted like a craps table in Tombstone, Arizona"

@BanesSolace Finding that out with basically every player I have now. Whether it Sócrates, Garrincha, Del Piero, Nico Williams, the list is endless, and I'm seeing more of my players just ignore the ball when the lose a tackle?

@Burnzee Go offline delete saved game data, open app, come back online, enter UT and do your settings (doesn't feel better, repeat process but do your settings before entering UT).

Other than connection, I've noticed settings bug affects AI performance. Leftstick would be off, interceptions weird, players running backwards to head a ball, sticking out legs the wrong direction during tackles etc.

I hope this helps but know it well always come back, so just close app and start again or repeat process.

Maybe they can tell us a story about how many years they have played FIFA or how good FIFA 94 is ? 😃

Or maybe it's time to do solve user's issues and do something real.

It does record. But, it is annoying to do this while trying to play.
Also, I watched eSports World Cup and one of the semi-finalists (PHZin) publicly begged EA to solve connection issues.
Just to emphasize, this type of connection issue favors less skilled players as they would mostly hold R1 and/or X buttons and spam tackles as defenders, and push passing buttons for counter attacks and hope for the best (until one pass actually reaches their striker).
So, @RadioShaqs I am not doing this as it will result in nothing, just a waste of my time. I have a simpler solution - stop caring about this game.

Same here on pc playing on ethernet cable the ping jumping up and down and make my game tottly trash.but don't see any new fixes from EA bc this game is already dead to them. Ps don't buy EAFC 25

My son and I are Div 1 players. Since coming back from holiday at the weekend, we've noticed that the gameplay seems far harder. At first, we put it down to not having played for a week but after playing a few Rivals matches, there's definitely something different about the game. So, as frustrating as the game has been for the last couple of days in particular, reading this thread has given us a bit of hope that it's not just us!
