How are people getting free fc points?

I don't get it they say Playstation got free fc points but I didn't get any.

Where's my Baggio?

Did not receive FC Points.
I had made transaction through my Companion App and the amount for the FC Points was debited from my bank account but I did not recieve the fc points.
