Hello I accidentally bought 2800 points on fifa 23 through my PlayStation app and only realised after it was not fc 24, I have already clicked to move points over when I launched the game first, can someone help

I bought 2800 fifa 23 points instead of fc 24 points on the Xbox store and I’m not getting the prompt to transfer them over to fc 24 what should I do?
I have the same issue but on Xbox. How do you resolve this? Is there any way of contacting anyone to resolve rather than looking on these forums/boards?
