i accidently bought the wrong fc points

so i ordered a $50 fc point package recently on amazon it is still pending but i accidently bought it for xbox even though i play on pc. will this work for pc or will i have to ask to switch the codes?

Hey @Dyplexia,

I'd reach out to Amazon about this as soon as possible as these codes are platform specific; Xbox codes can't be redeemed on the EA app and vice versa. You should only get codes specific to the platform that you play on.
