I bought ps5 fc 24 bundle but didnt receive 4600 fifa points

So today i bought the game fully, because i think the ea play pro is waaay too overpriced for just to play with FC 24. It said that i will receive 4600 FC Points beacuse of my loyalty, but i didnt receive it. A contanted with the support, they said that i shoul open a topic and then a big men in the company will help me. If someone can help me it would be nice, thank you.
