I can’t open Ultimate Team

I can’t open my Ultimate Team on my PS5. It keeps showing the message, “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.” It’s been almost two days now.

As a test, do you have a different PSN ID you can try logging into FC UT with?

    EA_Aljois there anything you can do from your side on the back end to refresh my game’s or account’s cookies/permissions?

      No. There isn't. We don't have cookies on our end. If your account was banned from UT, you would have received an email saying so.

      Try power cycling your modem/router by unplugging them for 2 minutes. Also, hard restart your PS4 by holding down the power button until it turns off. Then, turn it all back on and try again.

      If that doesn't help, try using alternate DNS settings. Those instructions are in the article here.

        EA_Aljothank you for the comprehensive response. Unfortunately none of those troubleshooting steps seem to work. I put a lot of hours into this UT and would be very disappointed to lose my god squad forever.
