I can’t open Ultimate Team
I can’t open my Ultimate Team on my PS5. It keeps showing the message, “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.” It’s been almost two days now.

Community ManagerI'm still not seeing other reports of this besides the ones in this thread. If you notice any that are not part of the pack opening issue from last week, let me know. Since it's only 3 of you, so far, there is no open investigation.
Have you contacted an advisor to see if they have any suggestions? If not, you can open a case with these instructions. I'm also still looking into this to see if we have some additional troubleshooting to suggest.
Thank you for following up. I can try opening a case but always have had better success in these forums so thank you for checking in. My hunch still says that the issue is related to the Maradona Grassroots greats loading screen—it says that the offer ends 3/14 so I can follow up if I am still having issues after the loading screen changes.
I was wrong here, loading screen changed but still having the issue.
