I can’t open Ultimate Team

I can’t open my Ultimate Team on my PS5. It keeps showing the message, “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.” It’s been almost two days now.

Thank you for following up. I can try opening a case but always have had better success in these forums so thank you for checking in. My hunch still says that the issue is related to the Maradona Grassroots greats loading screen—it says that the offer ends 3/14 so I can follow up if I am still having issues after the loading screen changes.

I was wrong here, loading screen changed but still having the issue.

    I'm heading out for 3 days in about 30 minutes so it might be good to contact an advisor.

    Something else to try is using alternate DNS settings. Those instructions are in the article here.
