I can’t see my evolutions after is started the la roja evolution and can’t claim

I wanted to do my Nono in to the la roja evo and it reacted quite weird I got some errors and out of nowhere he was in the evo. But now if I click on evolutions it says that I doesn’t have any evolutions and I can’t claim my Nono now.
