I can't play EA FC since 7 days !!! fix your servers !!!

Since last sunday , i can't play EA FC 24 !!! My game has been randomly disconnecting even though my internet is fine I lost every single match i started !!! I paid money to buy and play this gam...

Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help find out why you keep disconnecting from matches. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

  Thank you for running the test. You've got a fair amount of packet loss. That is most likely causing this. There are some troubleshooting steps listed in the article here. If those don't help, it would be good to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.

    @EA_Aljo the problem is that am playing with this internet since October , i've never faced any problems like this one.
    Am playing other games , no issues
    Am seeing this only in EA FC 24 since 7 days , and btw , i contacted my ISP , they told me to contact you because my internet is fine.
    You need to know that am not the only one who has this issue , i have some friends with this same random disconnecting issue.
