I can't play EA FC since 7 days !!! fix your servers !!!

Since last sunday , i can't play EA FC 24 !!!

My game has been randomly disconnecting even though my internet is fine

I lost every single match i started !!! 

I paid money to buy and play this game , but i can't play !!! that means u scammed me , and you won't help me !!!!!!!!!
There are many people who have the same problem like me and they can't play anymore like me !! 

(EA FC 24 on steam)

    @EA_Aljo Incredibly scummy on your end. I've worked in the same role for other gaming companies and you can't determine local connection by a packet loss percentage.

    Hello, I live in Lagos, Nigeria. We have a game center and I have been enjoying it. Yet, for the last two weeks I have been connecting to Europe with my isp but lagos with my mobile network WiFi.

    Please explain why this would be happening? Is ea server here not accepting host name of my isp? I say this because nothing change on my isp end.

    Please advise, thank you.
