Community ManagerAfter you close the game from Task Manager, are you then able to connect online in Ultimate Team, or is it still not accessible?
Try also to make a copy and delete the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) You may also need to delete the Personal Settings 1 profile when you launch the game. This will only reseet your previous settings in case those got corrupted.
