My Ultimate Team doesn't open for a month. I was playing this game since december 2024 and it's never happened to me. I don't know what to do please help me this is the screen shot of my loading screen. I waited for a long time to enter the ultimate team but i couldn't, i must close the game from task manager to play again.
I can't even play the game after closing from task manager untill i restart my computer. I tried to delete setting and personal settings profile but it didn't work i still can't enter my ultimate team.
Community ManagerAfter you close the game from Task Manager, are you then able to connect online in Ultimate Team, or is it still not accessible?
Try also to make a copy and delete the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) You may also need to delete the Personal Settings 1 profile when you launch the game. This will only reseet your previous settings in case those got corrupted.
and i forgot to tell that it happens since my account got stolen by a hacker. Like 5 or 4 days i couldnt access my account and this happened sorry for my bad english its not my main language
