I cant play ultimate team

I bought FC 24 today, and i cant play ultimate team, and sometimes it says that i cant connect to the server, i tried to talk with the support, but it was just a time waste

@hetedikce can you please attach screenshot of error?

Also, please add more details like which platform - Playstation or Xbox or anything else? How are you connecting Internet to your console - using Wifi or LAN cable?

Where's my Baggio?
I completed the SBC, I have the 5 game loan version but not the full player. Anyone else getting this. I checked on the game and companion app and there's no sign of him.

Did not receive FC Points.
I had made transaction through my Companion App and the amount for the FC Points was debited from my bank account but I did not recieve the fc points.
