I have been hacked and ea is now falsely accusing me of breaking an agreement

I was hacked this morning and the individual sold all my most expensive tradeable players for a complete cut price, the cards all together add up to 3 million coins and they were sold for 550k coins. I spent so much time trading and spent money buying packs so I could get coins to build my dream team, and all that went down the drain this morning. I contacted ea through the help services then was emailed recently that they did indeed found a compromise in my account  but they also believe they found that I broke Terms of Service agreement, so they will not be providing restoration. I have never broke any agreement or have cheated, i have spent hours trading this year to get my coins up and even bought store packs to get my coins up, to do all that just to be falsely accused, is ridiculous.
