I have just completed the level 40 battles pass, and I

Hi, 

I’ve just finished the level 40 battle pass for ultimate team. As I went to claim all my rewards it bugged and all my rewards have disappeared? 

can you help me on when I can expect to receive my rewards?

I can send a video of me showing my rewards I was going to claim if thats needed.
