Hey @izMostafai Clear the cache data and give it some time before you log in to the UT web app. You can also test it on a different web browser or a new incognito tab.
Remember also to close the game on your console and wait before you log in on another device.
Please check messages!
I tried every thing and the same problem ,I tried also another device nothing.
