I have purchased fifa points for fifa 23 i have proof of purchases for this game on my emails etc.. When i speak to live chat they say i need to load up the game but i do not have fifa 23 i want the points on my FC24 account instead. But the points will not show unless i load up fifa 23 they are saying.
Please how can i sort this out its stressing me out.
Sorry but you are out of luck, they will not do anything. This happens a lot at holiday season with FIFA point gift cards being sold for prior version. They should not be selling prior year points. I am sure EA is making millions of these points because no one will use them. There are basically no packs to be purchased on prior version, just the basic packs and no promo packs and no one is really playing prior version. They really need to stop selling points for prior version when new version is released or maybe only sell on console, but give some type of warning that points are being purchased for not the current game.
Depending on where you got the points from, some places can refund it, if brought online.
I had it once I thought brought a psn subscription, but purchased a ps tv one. It took a while but G2A (the company I purchased from sorted it out
