I wasn't able to finish the Bergwijn sbc because in couldn't enter eafc 24

I finished 1 of the 2 Teams For the bergwijn sbc but then i couldn't enter the Game anymore. Then when in tried to open the companion App it didn't work either. Is there a way that I can complete the SBC even though it has already expired?
