Icon / Hero Managers

Has there ever been any thought into introducing icon or hero managers that act in a similar way with chemistry to icon and hero players? 

For example a legendary manager could give two nation chemistry whilst giving everyone 1 league chemistry, whilst a hero manager would give 2 league chemistry.

I think it could make squad building more interesting as you would have the choice to invest more in to a manager to be able to play the team you want rather than have to fit players you wouldn’t necessarily choose to play with normally purely for chemistry.
