I'm Yet to Receive My Compensation(s)

I have been waiting for 2 compensation(s) for a while. I have noticed that EA have sent the compensated item(s) to players but I am still yet to receive it.
Whenever I try to contact support, the answers they give me is nowhere related with my issue and they are responses as if AI bots are just trying to waste time (because there is no way to reply to cases, you just open a new case even if the case number remains the same.) ... Anyway back to topic:
Firstly, last week I had opened “Iconic Icebreaker Player Pick” which was a 350k player pick, however I had opened the pack with my russian friend in russian language, where the description was stated as “91+ icon pick” whereas apparently in english it was “max. 91 icon pick”. There has been affected players by this and they have been compensated already but I am yet to receive it. In case needed, knowing EA I had already recorded footage of me opening the packs and can provide if needed.
Regarding the second item, I opened a "1 of 3 87+ Hero Pick" but the players were given a "1 of 3 86+ Hero Pick", where EA also stated that the players would receive compensation but it also has not been issued.
How can I talk to someone about the compensations that I'm obliged to get? and if anyone else is experiencing the issue of the 91+ pick can they please share their experience on this case? Thank you.

Fast forward 3 weeks later, still absolutely NOTHING. No 91+ icon pick, no hero pick either. I used FC points by paying real money and I did not get the items that I was supposed to get and this company does not even hesitate to do anything about this.. Is this even legal? This is supposed to be the forum to solve these issues yet not even 1 EA related person has responded here, even though there are 30 people that had the same problem too. Please someone confirm if this is legal regarding consumer rights, if I PAY for something I will be getting it, and so does everyone else that did so, it's that simple.
