Incorrect pack descruption in Spanish on the 400k and 600k store packs

Hello,
Earlier yesterday I bought the 600k store pack in Spanish. Which said I would get 3x 1 of 2 TOTY picks and 2x TOTY ICON Loan picks. However, I received loan TOTY picks, even though the description did not state that those picks were loans. Will I be compensated?

    @MrRapunen EA are aware of this, they have yet to make an announcement regarding the issue.

    Ea said in email that a make good is sended to players on februari 2th, i don't got my make good on 2th februari and I want to now when u wil receive it? Anyone that has no make good also like me? N

    Just to update you all...

    Unfortunately there will be no compensation for these packs.  The loans are for both TOTY and TOTY Icon picks.

    Notice in my previous sentence how I could apply the word "picks" to both TOTY and TOTY Icons.  Same rule applies in Spanish with regards to loans on said player picks which were both for 10 matches.

    Sorry for quoting you… but the another pack?

    Deluxe +86 had a TOTY percentage and I received a gold card.

    @FRodriguez17 Hi there, deluxe 86+ did have a TOTY percentage however in the small print it read that the pack weight was from when TOTY promo was active and so did not apply to when TOTY was not in packs anymore.

    Then why release the pack with incorrect odds 3 hours after the cards went out of packs and then proceed to take the pack down to amend that odds screen.

    It also didn't state the odds for RTTF cards, which was then added after the pack was taken down.

    In spanish it said “since 17:59”. So that was an error for u. 

    What a kind of scamming people…

    U are a * * casino company and you are trying to lie to us!!
