Is quick selling the only option for duiplicates?

New to EAFC for some years. I recently bought the 2000FC point pack and the premier player, and more than half of the pack were untradeable duplicates. I feel like EAFC just stole $20. Is this jus...

you can also put the player into an SBC and then the duplicate can be moved to the club.  That was what most people will do with higher rated duplicates, otherwise just quick sell.
