Issue with 2500 FC Point pack

Hi , 

have an issue after buying Two 2500 FC POINTS pack which should deliver 2 Icôn/hero plus 11 cards with 86+GEN . 
What has been delivered is 2 Icon/ hero and 11 cards with random GEN, most of which are far below 86
