Issues claiming Ultimate Team rewards/ Path to pro reward

HI, just having an issue to claiming the path to pro reward. I have completed all the objectives, including the " Diving  in" objective. Under the path to pro section, my diving in objective is still not ticked for some reason, which does not let me claim the rewards as it is "incomplete" . Can i get help please?

    Same here, me and my son have 2 seperate copies, both completed and recieved nothing. 

     

    Says reward recieved but not got anything.

     

    The game has been released too early without sorting issues.
