it wont let me claim a player

i have bid om a player, and won it. but when i try to claim him, i get trown out of the game. tried to claim him on the companion app and the game on ps5 but it wont work, my psn name is «nullsekser» if you could look into it or claim him for me, because he caused 65 000 coins and its really anoing.
