Its sooooo sloooooow and heavy

Still no one at Ea help forum who can help me out, the gameplay is superslow and my players are super heavy.

Iam play on ps5 1000/1000 Mbit fibre wire, cat8 cables.

What i tried so far: unistall the game and reinstall it, rebuild databas, clean up cache and clean harddrive.

In game: 442 71 pos 433 71 pos

Honestly i dont get it at all, when i play Fortnite i got 0-10 in ping, cod 0 - 10, the finals 0 - 10 and these games working like a dream, never had any problem with connection on any other game, in eafc i cant make a simple turn without it feels like iam turning titanic around, and when iam looking for help this is the forum that pops up, isnt this Ea help forum, never belived i ever got any help so fat from this forum why ?

    its heavy and slow because the servers are overloaded. It might say you have 15 ping when starting game but thats got nothing to due with servers beeing overloaded. even my Neymar feels like turning a semi truck every weekend. players running into eachother. cant hit the ball when shooting etc.  its been like this for many year and its never gonna change. it has NOTHING to do about your computer or conection and EA are NEVER gonna tell you the truth about it. 

    They might send you a solution link to try steps to fix your connection and thats all :D its getting worse every year.  Uppgrading the servers cost money so its not gonna happend, but i can garantee you the shop is always open and never down, thats for sure

    Is the no one in this help centrum who can answear some simple questions at all and give some help ? Iam buyed this expensive game and cant use it, are u guys hiding like cowards from ur own cosumers ?

    1. Why is the gameplay so slow

    2.why are my players so heavy

    3.how does the matcmaking works

    4.what are u about to do avout all the bugs 

    Its not hard questions, tell me that u scammed me at least and i uninstall this game and wait for ufl instead, as a costumer i wounder why the product dont work for me, there must be someone that got an solution in ur "help team"  ?

    Finally an answear, thnx mate well this was the first and last Ea product i ever bought, what an clown company... iam out... but thnx again.

    im stack on the same bug with u, i have 4 ping but the players didnt move at all and its happend one day.

    I sent an email with the same issue. What did the ea support team do? Instead of answering, he dropped the topic and did not respond. We pay a lot of money every year to deal with game bugs, but the EA company does not care about this.
