Kadidiatou Diani Futties Reward Missing

Hi, i just claimed Kadidiatou Diani Futties card in the reward ladder and suddenly the game stuck around 10 minutes. So, i forced stop the game and when i launch the game back i find out Kadidiatou Diani Futties card is missing in the club squad. I hope EA can fix this

@ahmadsyahmiafiq Did you try to restart the game and check unassigned pile again? Are there any items pending like player picks? Have you check quick sell recovery on app?
