Keep getting disconnected for no reason and losing the squad battle I'm winning

I am getting sick of this now. I have to rinse squad battles to do the Evolution objectives and also get points for the weekly squad battles and now I have been disconnected twice losing 2 games of points and the multiple goals I have scored with my Evo player.

I just won 7-0 on world class scoring 3 or four with my Evo Garnacho, get to the end, lose connection to server for no reason. I've used the connection check on the EA site and it says connection is Okay so why am i getting disconnected 

Also lost a draft token from disconnect last week which after finding out there is a draft token checked on site it says I'm not due one.

And don't get me started on the pepsi promotion that's causing me nothing but grief trying to claim. 

I spend way to much time and money on this game for this kind of rubbish to keep happening. Please sort it out.

I can't even find anywhere but this forum to complain, it's frustrating and wasting my time!
