Keep getting disconnected from games after they end and get a loss

Yesterday the game could not be played, and now every time the game ends it disconnects me and gives me a loss. It’s happened in three different games and I screen recorded two of those. In the video it is clear that I won and then got disconnected after it ended. I wish I could get rewarded for these bugs. I don’t have that much time to play and when I do this stuff happens. Now there’s no live chat like there used to before 2015, so it is impossible to get rewarded for these type of things.

    If it keeps happening, getting kicked at the end of a match, then you might have a soft ban due to playing too many matches in the short time yesterday when the servers were broken.

    This type of ban can occur if you were trying to do bronze or silver team objectives or playing lot's of rivals/friendlies in a very short amount of time ie. getting matches completed due to the broken servers.

    A soft ban like this will only affect you from completing any matches that are not Moments and typically last for about 15 to 20 hours.

    If you have Ultimate Edition then your ban (if you have one) will only affect the version you were playing on so you could install the other version old/new gen and continue playing there until the ban expires.

  • I have the same problem. I was winning 11-5 in a rivals match, the match ends and I get kicked from the server. Log in again, the game counted as a loss. Contracts deducted, no coins for the match, and an even more frustrated player. This happens all the time, when are EA going to do something about it? In 2 months?? I tried to create a case on EAs ‘help’ service, what a waste of time. I get it, EA, you dont want any negative feedback, so you could sit in your glass house and say to your investors that everybody is happy playing this farse of a game. Get your s••• together!

    Thanks my friend I appreciate the info. I just find it crazy that I’m getting punished because they made a mistake. It’s not like we got a notice that said “don’t try to play” or “if your game doesn’t work, stop trying”. As far as they know I could have been just trying to play assuming it would work the next game I joined. 

    I stopped playing for months because of how unrewarding the game is. This is my first weekend back and this happens which means I’ll miss out on certain objectives and rewards.

    I feel that 100%. I also just realized my games didn’t count as matches played either. More objectives ruined.

    There’s no way to receive direct help from ea right? Like a live chat or something.
