Lag in menus

I play on xbox one and experience horrendous menu lag in EA FC 24. My xbox doesn't lag, there is minimal gameplay lag but the lag in the menus makes it 10 times slower to build a team or do a sbc. I have tried different internet connections, different screen settings and also different screens. Nothing works although as i said my xbox and in game performance is good so it shouldn't be related to the connection/screen. How can i better the performance because it is reeeeeally annoying
