i have problems to login into web app.

Community ManagerJust in case, please also make sure to check the information about the early start for the Web and Companion Apps. Not all players will gain access immediately. It depends on different factors
I check all of the requirements needed to have access to the web app. Last year same thing happened to me, same error, inspite of having every requirement met. Is there a way i can create a ticket to have this fixed? I'll only have the game on the 29th so this is a week of trading i lose for no reason.

- @EA_Pulsar If I played fifa 23 with ea pro but now I don't have this subcription active affects my access to the web app?
