me too, I contact the technical service and they do not understand the error, they say it is the fault of the market, but the problem is the login.It is very frustrating that after 100€ nobody helps us.
I am still having this issue. I can login to the Companion App on my laptop, but not my iPhone. Any fixes for this yet? Played about 20-30 matches of Rivals already and played on my PS4 since 2017. Frustrated.

When ever I got to change to my main acc (pc) it says this and logs me out, how do I fix this?
Cant get into web app even after playing the game. Done everything and still not working (unlinked xbox account, so that only pc account is connected, logged back into the game multiple times and tried the web app afterwards), HELP!
- @EA_Pulsar If I played fifa 23 with ea pro but now I don't have this subcription active affects my access to the web app?

I check all of the requirements needed to have access to the web app. Last year same thing happened to me, same error, inspite of having every requirement met. Is there a way i can create a ticket to have this fixed? I'll only have the game on the 29th so this is a week of trading i lose for no reason.

i have the same problem and i played since fifa 15. i don’t understand which’s the problem
