Looking For Other EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Gamers To Play With - Post Here

Hello, I have been banned and have tried appealing. I have autism and ADHD and have found this whole process so overwhelming to deal with.

I was banned for purchasing coins. I ordered a big amount, in my defence I am a student, I don’t have money to be constantly spending on FC Points and I was recommended by a friend. 

I did not know it was against the rules to purchase coins, especially when they are advertised in literally every single YouTube video. 

I play on PC, specifically Steam. 

I have been banned for 3 months, I’ve constantly put in appeals, however I keep getting told to not expect any response regarding my case, as someone who is neurodivergent, and has difficulties, socially, emotionally, and with communication. 

I cannot believe that there is nobody to speak to directly from terms of service, there is no phone number and there is no email for a direct contact to have dialogue with from terms of service.

This is the absolute last straw, I do not know what to say. I really need your help @EA_Darko. I need someone who can help me, I am so stressed and overwhelmed with this whole situation. 

I could have been banned from the transfer market? I couldn’t transfer coins then? I could have been given a suspension or a warning? Yet I’ve been banned. Just because I bought coins doesn’t mean I’m a cheat or some type of criminal, especially considering EA promotes so much content. 

I now understand that buying coins is against the rules, I have familiarise myself with your terms of service. I have taken the time out of my day to read your terms of service. 

I can’t explain to you, how sorry, I am, however, not everybody can afford to constantly buy FC points. 

I don’t know what to say, I just hope you or someone can unban me, even if we have some direct contact we could hopefully sort something out. I can also provide proof of my diagnosis.
