lost all my coins
logged off the game and went onto the web app and lost 550k coins now i have 0
tried contacting ea support and they just gave me some automated response with no fix or whatsoever

I also lost my coins after responding to someone on Xbox named EA Naadir who messaged me advertising a free Bundesliga tots player of my choice for playing a lot, it told me to go to fcreward.com and I logged into it but it took me to the web app then after about 10 minutes I logged into ultimate team and had lost some 4300000! I have spoken to eahelp who told me there was no suspicious activity on my account I presume as my email account had the same password as my ea account.
Please help.
Want to know the best thing? EA Naadir is still live and kicking. Just messaged me a similar thing for fc 25 about a free totw 2 player. Just goes to show how little these companies care. They don’t even ban the scammers! What a joke.
It almost happened to me right now. They sent me a QR Code leading to a different domain, although with the exact same layout as EA’s. I found it a bit suspicious and searched to find if this was legit. Changed all the passwords and codes, and apparently nothing is missing.
