LOST MY FIFA COINS

Hi, I logged into my account and all my coins were gone please help me. How do I fix this?

    If you have lost your coins, it could be due to two reasons. Firstly, your account might have been hacked, and your coins might have been removed by someone else. Secondly, our Terms of Service team might have taken action after finding that you have broken the game rules. I'd recommend checking your email for any messages regarding the coin removal, as our TOS team always sends an email to confirm it.

    @EA_Pulsar thanks for replying. I can see quite a few other people facing similar issue as well.
    1) No i did not receive any email on ToS breached
    2) I am not sharing my account.
    3) Hackers normally would sell every sellable players in club. My player in club still there. Also I dont see any player being bought into the club.
    4) nothing being quick sold

    As mentioned above, can you help to check if there is any issue at ea server side that costs many people missing their coins?

    I've already checked our services, and I could not confirm any issues. Please make sure to look through your emails and your account status.

    I lost my coins as well and noone couldve hacked because i had a specific amount and it just went to 0 as i quick sold someone and got exactly 575 from the player i emailed on ea help noone sent me an email for 3 days noone confirmed me and they just took 200k from my club, i think you can look in my acc and see if i bought/sold in that period of time, in that email that i sent i even sent atachments with my coins
