market app and softban sbc not open yet

My account created fc 24 from 8/8 until now has not been opened market app even though I have followed the instructions from the publisher. And let me ask why it took so long to soft ban my Sbc. I have a really bad experience with your fc 24.

@digitalsochu There is no time frame or set instructions to unlock the market. Here is an ea mod linking and explaining it.

If you are getting banned from sbcs try slowing down when you do them.

I am very disappointed with your support. You must have only focused on FC 25 and forgotten about FC 24. You always give me general answers to my complaints without solving anything. For almost 3 weeks I have been playing UT every day and have played all modes in UT but I cannot open the market app. SBC is slower than 1 hour to do 1 sbc right?

@digitalsochu I don’t work for ea. You must have something on that list that is making it take longer. Either a ban or multiple accounts. Other than that you have to just keep playing.

oh i'm sorry but i'm really disappointed in the game even though i ordered fc 25 but that will probably be my last one. maybe i should stop now.
