Missing coins
I had 2.2mil around lunch time, when I logged in this evening I got an issue with data between the cloud and the console, when it resumed I now have 0 coins, can still play and can still trade but 0 ...

If you're on exactly 0 coins, then it sounds like you've received a coin wipe from our terms of service team. You can raise a dispute if you feel like this was a mistake, and they'll be able to take a look into this for you.
Okay so I have had no emails to say about any action. And even now when I sell players I get a 0 balance.
should I not be informed if they are going to take actions as per your terms of service?
is this a permanent issue that I will now not being able to sell players and get any balance from the sale
