MiSSING FC POINTS

Purchased fc points 2 days ago and still didnt get them. I talked to multiple agent and sent a countless amount of emails with all the proof required and i still didnt get an answer. This is extremely unprofessional from eafc, as some people save up money to buy points, and the fact that sometimes the points dont show up is unacceptable. What on earth am i supposed to do
