Missing FC points

Just to check, what platform do you play on, and where did you buy your FC points?

Hello! I play on PS5 and I have bought them through the PS app , because I was not at home

Same I bought 1050 fc points 3 days from the playstation app and havnt received them it says on transaction history that it was purchased but I'm yet to receive them I've tried taking to playstion support directly with no help in resolving the issue and when I go on ea help it tells me to provide proof of purchase with no option on where to provide the proof
