Missing Fifa points

Hello

I bought 2800 Fifa points yesterday and I was charged but I haven’t received them yet. 

can anyone help?

    In that case, if it's been over 24 hours, I recommend that you reach out to our live support team via the steps here. They'll be able to help you get your FC points. Note that they'll need to see proof of purchase; this article shows exactly what they'll need.

    Hey @Roy178947,

    Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your FC points to show up. If it's been over 24 hours, can I ask where you bought them from?

    @Roy178947 Same here still haven’t received them since Thursday that I bought them. Did you manage to get them ?

    They you get the fifa point or no until now because this is happened to me too
