Missing my 2x85 pack

Did the 2x85 pack SBC in Ultimate Team 26.11.23 and did not get my 2x85 pack. 

Have a 2x78 pack in my store, that i cant remember to have claimed/not opened, and got my small reward/pack for sumbitting the second squad in the SBC - but did NOT get my 2x85 pack. What is this glitch? 

EA needs to fix it, and I want my pack back. Thanks
