When I play over Playstation, I have 43 packs saved up in my store however, there are 12 missing.
When I use the app all 43 packs are there.
I have tried and tried to reach out to EA support however, all my help requests automatically are stuck on 'waiting for player' saying I need to resume the case....
Community ManagerHey @DissmeFishme In the game, there is a limit to the number of packs you can see at once. However, you can gradually open some of your packs to reveal the remaining ones. Alternatively, you can use the Web app or companion app to view all your packs. This way, you won't miss any of your packs.
When I open packs, the others do not show unfortunately
So the counter just keeps going down, also when I get new packs from objectives etc, I can see them show up
