Received the error message “failed to save changes to sbc” and then “failed to submit challenge” when trying to complete an 88 rated squad sbc.
Closed the web app and reopened and sbc was still showing as incomplete, so I went to complete and the players I had used were no longer in my club as if I have completed the sbc.
