I woke up this morning (currently travelling in India) and it appears my UCL Heroes Kompany has vanished from the squad, converted to a concept player. I received him from the 87+hero player pick SBC. I would appreciate assistance in this matter.

A concept version of any of your player items means you submitted them to an SBC. It is not possible to restore your player after such transactions have been completed.
Is there any way of finding out which SBC my player got submitted to?
I am quite certain I never submitted him into an SBC...
