Missing Players (Adama Traore, Douglas Costa)

Hi guys

First off, as a Fulham fan, I still have no idea why Adama Traore is missing from the game. He has had so many special cards over the year, but the moment he joins Fulham, he is removed! Exactly the same happened with Willian in FIFA 23

Douglas Costa at LA Galaxy is also not in the game.

Firstly, why? Why are they not on Ultimate Team?

Secondly, who else is missing from Ulitmate Team?
