Missing Players
I got onto UT and was missing gold Vinicius junior and gold Neymar junior. Both were ubtradable. I chatted with support and they confirmed they hadn’t been discarded or submitted into and SBC. How can I get them back?

I've got the exact same problem. I logged in onto my ps5 and my vinicius jr was gone. EA told me they couldn't do anything about it? He's also untradable.. What to do?
I chatted with support and they told me to post about it here and a developer would respond to me and help. 3 weeks later and still nothing
