MISSING PLAYERS/COINS

Hi All

I loaded up FC24 UT on Thursday to see that my tradable players had been taken away and so had 105k of coins which I had remaining. 

I’ve tried to contact EA and set up a case but can not get back on to the live chat at all!!!!! 

i have put so much money into this game and I just want my players back in order to play, I have never purchased coins off of a coin retailer just straight up spent a lot of money on fifa points.

please can someone help

    @EA_Aljo Hi, i dont have any history of suspension or ban on my account. It will not let me write to EA, i have tried live chat but cant get back on it, whenever i use the “email us” feature i get an email back saying email is no longer monitored

    @reecemilton 

    Did you receive an email saying action was taken on your account or is there an in game notice that the account was banned? If so, you'll need to submit a dispute. Terms of Service is not available for chat.

    @reecemilton 

    I don't think your account is banned then. Try opening a case with an advisor as I mentioned previously.

    @EA_Aljo Hi Aljo, as mentioned earlier it will not let me do this… I can’t open a case with an advisor as I cant get onto live chat!

    Any suggestions

    @reecemilton 

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Go to help.ea.com
    2. Select FC 24 as your game
    3. Click on "See all help topics"
    4. Choose "Manage my account" on the left
    5. Select "I need help with my hacked account"
    6. Click on the option for chat

    This should let you start a chat with an advisor.

    @reecemilton 

    You might just need to give it some time then. Try giving it another 24 hours and then see if the chat option shows up.

    i regret to inform you that this is still the case 24 hrs later. Any suggestions???
