I am finding similar. I can get on ( so clearly ultimate) but no bonuses or points on xbox. Support here just keep posting the terms for getting the bonuses as if it will help, It just confirms these things should have been recieved already. Other than that in the typical way they try and pretend there is no issue.
It is honestly so shameless for them to hype up this game as their brand new thing and its not a fifa etc, yet they mess the launch up this bad lol. Cant wait to use bronzes for a month until they finally realise they messed up and give us our points. Got sucked into preordering badly what a scam
