Missing Prime Gaming Pack

Have claimed twitch prime packs for more than 2 years now; claimed mine yesterday, but it still has not appeared in my account. Was logged onto the game when I claimed, tried backing out of Ultimate Team and closing game completely. More than a day later, it still has not appeared in my account.
